Payroll
- To add or remove employees from payroll, you can tick or untick Active Employee in Employee Page.
- For PCB, always cross-check with MyTax — differences can occur due to calculation methods, table lookups, or past salary data. MyTax is your source of truth, and you can adjust PCB figures in HR Buku if there is a gap.
- Set Zakat and HRDF in Employee Page, if applicable.
- You can download and send EA forms to employees in Yearly Payroll Report Page. You can fill up employees' data such as EPF number and etc in Employee Page so that the EA form generation can capture these data.
Attendance
- Set your company’s map location in Company Page before the employees can check in/out.
- Default shift is 9am to 6pm. You may add new shifts in the system.
Leave & Claims
- Public holidays load automatically based on the State in Company Page.
- Assign a Manager in each employee’s profile for leave and claim approvals. Without a manager, requests go to the company admin who signs up the company account in HR Buku.
- The replacement credit is only applicable for public holiday or weekend. If it falls under normal working day, the credit will not be added even though it is approved by manager.
One More Step
Click Invite in Employee Page to invite your team members so they can log in and use HR Buku for attendance, leave, and claims.
